I'm a second semester junior Psychology major and Child and adolescent development minor at the University of South Dakota. I will be graduating December 2018. I'm also an honor student with a 3.6 cumulative GPA.
Experience
I don't have any official "tutoring" experience, but i have helped my peers, younger sibling, and family friends with classes before. These range from elementary classes to high school and college. I want to be a tutor because school has always come easy to me, and i know that this is not the case for everybody else, and i want to try and help those that need / want it. I think everybody should get the chance to do good in school, independent of circumstances. I am a psychology major so i have taken all but a few psychology classes at USD, i've also taken some sociology classes, child and adolescent development classes, a few speech development classes, and math up to the calculus level.

Monday after 3PM, Tuesday after 5PM, Saturday after 3PM, Sunday at any time, Friday after 3PM

Hobbies
A lot of my time is focused around school but outside of that, i work part time at Einstein's. I am also in the Minnesota National Guard, i currently have about 4 years in. I think school is a really important key in today's society and i want to help those who struggle, even if it's only a little bit because i think they deserve a fighting chance. I really love children and one of the reasons why i wanted to study psychology is that i think it is interesting how every child learns differently from one another, and that this aspect is not always understood or taken into account in the school system. I know it can be hard to grasp onto certain concepts and i want to be able to try and help children overcome this.
